Do I actually own the PDF once I export it?
Yes — completely. Every album you export is a standard PDF that belongs to you. There's no per-album fee, no watermark, no licence to renew, and no lock-in on work you've already done. Download it, archive it, send it wherever you like.
Which labs and printers will accept the files?
Any that accept a print-ready PDF — which is almost all of them. We export 300 DPI, sRGB with 3 mm bleed, embedded fonts and optional crop marks: the standard professional print spec. Use your existing album lab, a local printer, or a print-on-demand service. We sell you the file, not the print.
How does the 3-day trial work?
You get full access to your chosen plan for 3 days without a card. Design real albums, export real PDFs. When the trial ends, add a payment method to keep going — if you don't, your account pauses (your work isn't deleted). You're never charged during the trial.
Can I cancel or switch plans whenever I want?
Any time, from your billing settings. Upgrades kick in straight away. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep everything you've paid for. No exit fees, no gotchas.
What counts as an 'active album'?
An album in draft or in progress. Once you mark a project as delivered it's archived and no longer counts against your limit, so your active-album slots keep turning over. Storage covers all photos uploaded across your projects.
What exactly is in the exported PDF?
A 300 DPI RGB PDF in the sRGB colour space, embedded ICC profile, 3 mm bleed on every edge, embedded fonts, optional crop marks, pages ordered cover → interior → back. It meets the spec for virtually every professional album lab and POD service.
Where is my data stored? Who can see it?
All photos and data are stored in EU regions — Supabase EU for the database and Cloudflare R2 EU for photos and exported PDFs. We don't sell your data, and we don't operate a marketing list. You can export everything or permanently delete your account from your settings at any time.
